I'm getting together a list of the overpowered or overleveled pokemon that you can find early on the main series pokemon games. I understand there are some corner cases like finding a level 3 electrode late in Red/Blue, but I'm more interested in the early game power.

Some people just re-send things that are ridiculously over-powered. (Like, a level 50 before the first gym.) If it's closer to your level and you have something you can already use, you can hold onto it in the PC for a while.
